Where do Birds live ?..........

Do I ever had some exciting new to share with you guys.  Crunchie Crafts is moving.  We are getting a new home.  Im not moving far, only 5 miles up the road really.  But its a much bigger house, for me and the family, and its nearer for the kids to the schools and town.  So its brilliant.  The last few weeks have been very hectic, and I did a show at the weekend.  But that story is for another day.

And many of you know I am know as Bird, so it seemed appropriate to name my brand new dedicated Craft room/classroom as the Aviary.

My classes and crafting will now take place in they lovely dedicated space.  There will be lots of space for everyone to be able to craft, giggle, drink tea/coffee and socialise.

There is space for all the equipment such as the Big Shot and the Heat Guns to have their own dedicated space.  Plenty of Stamp Storage for easy access, not to mention the lovely space for storing the essential papers and card stock.

This is what it looked like when everything had been dumped in it yesterday - its still got to be tidied up.

But I was so inspired just to have the beginnings of this space that I got creative straight away.  Out came the stamps, card stock, ink and my three favourite tools, my trimmer, my score board and my Envelope Punch Board.

Isn't the pretty.  This my new box.  I just love the colours and the simplicity of the stamping.  I used Chocolate Chip and Calypso Coral and two of our gorgeous Stamp Wheels.  And did one of each along the width of the card stock.  (Tip:  If you have trouble keeping the wheels straight, try using  ruler as a guide)

I added some of the gorgeous Tulle ribbon (available on the Clearance Rack) in gorgeous Early Expresso.

The Sentiment was stamped using A Round Array inked in the lovely Calypso Coral. I punched this out using the 7/8 Scallop Circle Punch, layered onto a Flower Shop Punch, and a Blossom Punch.

Next I created a lid and a decorated with the tulle ribbon and a lovely layered flower using the Blossom Punch, Flower Shop, Petit Petals and the tiny flower punch.  Finishing off with a chocolate chip candy dot on top of my brad.

and heres the view from the side.

I am so in love with this little box.  I can't wait to make them and give them to my friends.

Here's the products I used to create this fab little box

I really enjoyed creating this cute box and loved playing with all the punches and stamps.  If you would like to purchase any of these please click the link below which will take you to my shop
